She holds an International MBA from the #2 ranked business school and developed her research, strategy and communication skills working alongside some of the brightest, most successful researchers, strategists and creative minds behind some of the world's best and most recognizable brands.

In 2008, her "voice of the customer" work lead the United States Patent & Trademark Office to award Carolyn and two peers a patent for next generation identity authentication technology to be utilized by leading financial institutions.

Howard was a founding partner in the largest national advertising agency headquartered outside New York – McKinney Silver Rockett. GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, NationsBank, General Mills, Volvo, Nortel, Dollar Tree Stores, and IBM are past client relationships, along with scores of smaller though global companies for which he positioned, branded, and identified and introduced new product and service opportunities. Howard's contributions earn his clients substantial incremental revenues.

He developed and created the strategic positioning, and executed the creative of the Glaxo worldwide "Brink of Discovery" corporate strategic campaign. This program has been widely credited with changing the creative communications direction of the pharmaceutical industry.
