Changing a Company's Perception to Achieve Trusted Advisor Status

TSYS® sought the opportunity to better engage the industry and its clients through delivering guidance and insights with a thought leadership program. 

The C.E.K. & Partners' team developed forward-thinking content to help establish and support a thought leadership program.


In the process of content creation, we tackled simplifying complex subjects. Over time, the work built awareness, drove lead generation and supported business expansion efforts and various regional initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC and South America.

Establishing Thought Leadership and Generating Demand 

Thought leadership requires content, but not all content is thought leadership. Our expertise with developing thought leadership programs changed the company's perceptions to move the needle with it achieving a trusted advisor position within the payments industry and fintech sector.


The work engaged existing customers and downloads from each campaign generated 500-1,000 sales leads.
